We believe that successful training is the collaboration of both the delegates and the trainer combined with linked and relevant content.

To this end when you use us for any in-house training we invest time working with you and our trainer to ensure that the delegates receive a fully tailored training experience.

Our Approach
First we identify the aims and objectives of the training with you, we then look at your culture and the delegates that require the training. We then select the appropriate trainer, based on their expertise and personality fit.

Course Content
Once the aims and objectives and the trainer have been identified we then tailor the course content to your workplace, ensuring that where possible we refer to real life situations / examples so that the delegates can relate to the training being delivered.

Transfer Strategies
Our trainers use the most up to date transfer strategies to ensure the embedding of the training. All of our courses incorporate group discussion, accelarated learning techniques, role plays, practical linked exercises and where appropriate case studies.

Blended Learning
Our unique E-Lerning refresher training solution has been developed as an exceptional tool for after course training, it is deisgned to ensure the key messages have been taken in from the initial course,outline any additional developmental needs of the learner, whilst assisting with the further embedding of the training. Trainers
We have selected some of the best trainers in the UK to deliver our training and this is reflected in our Kirkpatrick evaluation form’s feedback, we are happy to boast a 95% satisfaction score across all of our training delivery.

Certificates / Feedback / Manuals
We provide a Kirkpatrick level one monitoring form at the end of each course to gain instant feedback on the success of the courses. Once the course is completed the delegates will recieve either their accredited certificate or for non accredited courses our certificate of attendance.
Each delegate will receive a full set of notes for the training for future reference.

Proposals
Once we have agreed together the content, trainer, delivery style we provide you with a full proposal including costings. It’s then over to you to decide if you would like us to be your delivery partner!

The whole process can be achieved the same day, dependant on the size of the programme.
