Learners will receive a nationally recognised accreditation with this course, it is the equivalent to the ILM and NVQ level 3.

The aim of this manager / supervisor training workshop is to enhance existing managers / supervisors / team leaders understanding of their role, responsibilities and required behaviour to be successful at managing and leading people.
