Accredited training

Accredited training courses:

We have developed accredited training courses through our partnership with the Open College Network. We chose the OCN to accredit our courses over ILM as they offer a greater level of flexibility. We are able to not only create 1 day courses but longer programmes, but more importantly we can offer you the ability to have a totally bespoke programme created and accredited to a nationally recognised qualification level.

For example we created and delivered an Advanced Development Programme for one of our clients, after successful pilot delivery of this 5 day programme, we agreed to accredit the course. We chose the educational level 4 (pre-grad) for the programme, allowing each delegate upon successful completion to recieve a transferable qualification.

Our accredited courses:

We have designed and created the following accredited courses that we can deliver to your teams:

Level 3 - (A level, NVQ 3)

Supervisor Training - 1 day, available as an in-house or public course from our venues

CM Management Training Programme - 4 days, available as an in-house programme


Level 4 - (Pre-graduate, NVQ 4)

Advanced Development Programme - 5 days, available as an in-house programme


Accrediting your programme:

We are able to create a totally unique accredited programme for you. We can take an existing programme or develop one with you that can be accredited up to a level 5 (post graduate). The programme can even contain internal training that you already deliver along side our external involvement.

The programme for example could be designed for managers where we could include modules relating to management, project management, customer service, time manangement, equality and diversity, employment law and so on.

Each module would attract a questionnaire, an action plan, trainer observation record, assignments (to be completed before the next module) to prove the learning. Once all this work has been completed the information is sent to our internal moderation team for first checking, once approved the information is externally moderated by the OCN, from there the delegates will recieve their credit for learning at the pre arranged level.

The programme can be branded with your company information and also titled to you e.g. CM Training UK Management Development Programme - Level 4

Development costs for the programme are on a case by case basis, but are not usually that expensive as we already hold a great deal of course information already.
